Hi there.

Digital Soap sent me a few of their amazing products for review.

First Impressions
The owner of this company Chrystal Doucette is really friendly. She is a really nice person to talk to. I first come across this company when i was browsing the web for something which i could buy for my boyfriend. Hes into games, dreamcast and spends most of his time on the pc.I come across the website and thought the products would suite him very well. Being as tho i have a youtube and blog then i thought i would ask if chrystal would like me to do a review and she kindly accepted and sent me some products. I have to admit, I didnt think the soaps would turn up and be as good as they were. Most companies take pictures of their products when they find one that is perfect in all aspects. Chrystals soaps are all perfect. Well the one i had was. No defects, Only the back and top but thats explainable due to her using moulds to make the product.
I was really shocked at the high quality these products turned up like.

As you can see. Everything is wrapped in a plastic type material and this is to prevent the products from being exposed to moisture and germs.
This is what i like to see what i get a product. Them to be hygienically wrapped.

The first this Chrystal sent me was was two cards. One card had her logo on it which had a voucher code on there. Im not sure if this is for customers who have already purchased something from Digital Soap or for new customers. I have covered up the codes until i get a response from Chrystal about this. The other card had a picture of one of her soaps along with a cute little kitty in the background.

Both cards read:
'DigitalSoaps was founded by Chrystal Doucette, of Bellingham, Wash. In the Untied States.
The idea to make geeky soap stemmed from childhood trips to a computer store. When chrystal was younger, Her dad took her to computer city. A trip highlight included the chocolate 5.23-inch floppy disks the store sold. With a desire to relive her past, Chrystal looked online to see if anyone sold the chocolate disks. She didn't find any, But during her research, She found plenty of chocolate moulds shaped like electronics. This discovery sparked the idea of making soap. She was already a fan of homemade soap, So the two ideard merged well.
Her first video game-themed soap, A Playstation 2 replica controller, Received so much attention, She decided to start making more video game controllers. The soap she was most excited about inventing was a Nintendo Entertainment System controller, Because the original Nintendo is her favourite gaming system.
Chrystal has a Master of Arts Degree in communication and Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, She can be reached at suppport@digitalsoaps.net.

The next thing crystal sent to me was a magnet which had her logo on it. I have this on my fridge right now and it looks really cool. My bf loves it cause hes such a geek and loves anything like this.

The next thing she sent me was a soap which was in the shape of a Nintendo gameboy game.
It came in a case just like the original real games did. At first i couldn't find out how to open it just because i never really played the gameboy when i was younger but then i asked my bf and he opened it right away. He said that the case looked exactly the same as the case which his games used to come in but the only this that was missing was the word on the case.
The Nintendo soap looked exactly the same as a Nintendo game. To every point. It has Nintendo gameboy words in the right place. There is a sticker which is stuck on the soap that has the game title and everything on it and it just looks like a real game.

Before i reviewed these products i gave my bf this gameboy soap and he actually thought it was real. He opened it and then he suddenly smelt the soap and that's how he know that is wasn't a real game.
The smell is so amazing. Its grape Soda which is an extremely sweet smell. It smells very similar to the can of grape soda i had the other week.

The next thing i was sent was a really cute box of little green space invaders. I have to admit that im really addicted to the scent of this product. Its called Mountain Dew. I haven't heard of this scent before but i really am addicted to it now.

There are 3 different designes of space invader(See picture below) I remember when i was little, My dad used to play space invaders and i used to watch him. I did try and play it myself but i couldnt dodge the little bomb like things that they dropped haha.
As i got older i get better at it and it got so addictive and for some reason, One day i just stopped and never played it again. Think its time to go play it again.

The next thing i was sent was the mail thing...The Dreamcase controller. Wow i was amazed how this soap looked. Again i gave this to my bf before i did this review and he just looked at me and said 'wow'. I have compared it to the real Dreamcast controller of my bf's and its exactly the same. The only thing that is different is that is doesn't have the part where the logo was.
This controller is in the scent of Mountain dew again which is a great sweet smell.
I didn't unpack this controller just because i wanted to keep it for decoration.
I have taken a picture of the real controller and also the soap controller. Lets see if you can tell the difference.

My final thoughts and feelings of this company and its products
Im extremely impressed with this company and its products. The products were well packaged in the box. None of the products got damaged and they were not squashed up in the box. They had their own little space.

The products are well made and are really similar to the real thing. The scents of the products are really sweet. First time i opened up the package it let out a to strong smell of all the products mixed together and it was just a really cute smell.

I love how the cards had information about Chrystals past and how she thought of the idea of making soap electronics.
The magnet is now on my fridge in all its glory and looks amazing. Its a really nice thing to have with you and its a good advertising item aswell.
Chrystal herself is a really nice person to talk to and she's always there if you need to ask a question weather it be a general question about her products or a personal question that you need to ask. She's really good at giving advice and speaks her mind.

My overall experience with this company was extremely pleasant and i would reccomend this company to anyone.
